PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to represent the most current and accurate inventory information on our website.  Occasionally, we find that an in-stock item is damaged or is sold out.  If this should occur, we will promptly notify you and make every effort to fulfill your order ASAP!

SALES TAX

Sales and local taxes will be applied to all merchandise shipping within the state of Florida, and/or being picked up locally.

SHIPPING

We pride ourselves on handling your orders quickly and with care, shipping within 24 hours of ordering.  However, we are a small family-owned business with limited staffing, and we use a local UPS Store to pack and ship your order.  As a result, some orders may take up to 48 hours for processing, and shipping costs on certain items may be higher than expected due to packing materials and processing time.  Artwork and ceramics are extremely delicate and, therefore, will be properly packed and insured for retail value in order to arrive at your doorstep in a condition that will meet our high standards, and yours!

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, arriving 2-3 business days from the ship date.  UPS requires a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS for delivery.  Orders received on WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS will be processed the next business day.  Expect delayed ship times around HOLIDAYS. International shipping is available via UPS, but our website is not currently set up to properly calculate these shipping rates.  Please click here to email us for ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

RETURNS

We want your online shopping experience to be as easy and happy for you as it is for our customers shopping with us in our gallery at the beach!

If you have had a change of heart, we will gladly allow an exchange or offer store credit for items returned unused and in the original packaging, within 7 days of the date you receive the merchandise.  Gift cards are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.  Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card, which can be applied to a future in-store or online purchase, excluding original shipping fees.  You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our business and arrangements with our artists, WE ARE UNABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS, except for defective merchandise.  All sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE!
