Juliene Watson

Juliene Watson is a potter who grew up along the beaches of South Walton, before Seaside and WaterColor were developed, when it was what she calls “God’s country”. She went to college at University of Montevallo in Auburn and studied art. She fell in love along the way so rather than pursue her art career she raised a loving family. One year for Christmas, her husband and her children surprised Juliene with a kiln. Her husband built her a clay hut, where she makes her pottery. She gets all of her clay from Florida and uses the natural elements from the earth to create one-of-a-kind food safe bowls, platters, wall pockets, and sea creature art. She is delighted every time someone admires or buys her work and hopes that you enjoy it!
